Bring children's yoga to your school or daycare center. Yoga is a joyful practice that benefits children's strength, coordination self-awareness, and calms the nervous system. It is a tool to cope with stress and promote mental health and resilience. Classes will be tailored to the age, space, and time availability in your classroom.
Classes are led by Danielle Beiling, a Ballard mom of two and certified children’s yoga instructor. She is passionate about sharing yoga as a movement and mindfulness practice which promotes children’s joy, strength, and resilience. Danielle received her Masters in Public Health from Columbia University and spent over eleven years working in public health programming, training adults, teens and adolescents in peer health education and motivational interviewing.
